Business parks are purpose-built, self-contained developments that provide an environment conducive to business. These parks are usually located on the outskirts of towns and cities to maximize space and reduce costs.
If you’re thinking about starting a business in the Sacramento, California area or relocating a business to or within the area, there are several office and industrial parks to consider.
A business park location for your company has several benefits.
For employees, these developments provide easy access and parking. Employee amenities may include bike storage, walking trails, fitness centers, and showers. Staff can also meet with people from other businesses before and after work. For some salespeople, a business park provides a networking opportunity.
For businesses, these parks offer the capacity to grow and expand office or warehouse space at the exact location. For example, a startup company can begin operations in a small incubator space and later move to a larger headquarters without needing to change its address.
An established company can centralize its operations — moving from high-visibility corporate headquarters to a less expensive back-office or flex space.
Leasing space, buying a facility, or building a facility to spec are all possible options for occupants in newer, multiphase business parks.
